This entry-level HR Operations role supports employees, managers, and HR teams by delivering timely, accurate, and customer-focused service. You will handle HR inquiries, support key processes, and help improve workflows while building your experience in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and accurate, timely first contact resolution to employees, managers, and HR professionals.
- Support the Human Resource Operations team and business units with administrative transactions, data validation, auditing and corrections.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all policies and procedures.
- Ensure data integrity through audits of the HR Information System.
- Update and analyze work process design and flow for policies and procedures.
