HR Advisor, People Regional HR
Provides operational support and advice to the wider HR community and employees in the delivery of the HR cycle i.e. bonus/pay review, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Survey. Imparts knowledge (policy, process and application) in all HR disciplines to first-line managers.
About the Role
In this opportunity as HR Advisor, you will:
Administer Tier 2 consultations for performance/behavior management (coaching, documentation, PIPs, outcomes) and conduct ER consultations/investigations, conflict resolution, policy guidance, and terminations.
Enable cyclical performance activities (goal setting, quarterly/midyear/EOY) through toolkits, training, and office hours, flag items for automation.
Deliver compensation consultation and analysis with Rewards; recommend automation for repeatable requests.
