HR Advisor, People Regional HR. Provides operational support and advice to the wider HR community and employees in the HR cycle, including bonus/pay review, talent management, performance management, and employee survey. Imparts knowledge (policy, process and application) in all HR disciplines to first‑line managers.
Responsibilities
- Administer Tier 2 consultations for performance/behavior management (coaching, documentation, PIPs, outcomes) and conduct ER consultations/investigations, conflict resolution, policy guidance, and terminations.
- Enable cyclical performance activities (goal setting, quarterly/mid‑year/EOY) through toolkits, training, and office hours, flag items for automation.
- Deliver compensation consultation and analysis with Rewards; recommend automation for repeatable requests.
