We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable full-time HR Advisor to join our team based in Malaga.
Responsibilities
- Manage all VISA applications, renewals and compliance requirements for the company’s overseas workforce.
- Assist with recruitment function for the business including posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, conducting phone screens and face to face interviews.
- Book medical appointments and drug and alcohol testing for candidates and permanent employees, as required.
- Prepare employee contracts, change of conditions, work assignment agreements, and other employment correspondence.
- Provide advice and assistance to managers and supervisors on matters relating to terminations, disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
