An exciting 6 month temp / temp-perm opportunity has become available to join a well respected FMCG Business in Sydney. As a HR Advisor you will play a key role in this HR team and build strong relationships across the business. With a culture of engaged loyal employees and clients, this HR Advisor role will provide a challenge and yet a wonderful work life balance opportunity.
You will provide HR support to your client group and the executive teams to achieve its corporate objectives.
Key elements of the role will include, but not limited to;
HR Projects
Partner and Manage Key Stakeholder Expectations
Broad HR Generalist skill set required including ER, Performance Management / Learning and Development
Employment Relations and Legislation
Provide strategic advice, supporting the full employee lifecycle
Build & maintain relationships
