MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide high‑level administrative, operational and coordination support to the Human Resources function, while acting as a strategic and executional assistant to the Head of Human Resources.
The role is responsible for ensuring seamless HR operations, legislative compliance, accurate record keeping, and a premium employee experience aligned to ultra‑luxury hospitality standards.
Additionally, this role supports the Head of HR in executing strategic people initiatives, reporting, project coordination, and driving consistency across all HR practices.
