We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our international and passionate team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our People Operations throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient processes that help both our employees and organization thrive.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle in our HR systems (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and more).Support payroll preparation and coordinate closely with external payroll providers.Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong data integrity.Act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and systems.Support HR audits, projects, and continuous process improvements.Serve as a super user for the company’s HR systems and tools.Prepare and delive...
