We are looking for an HR Administrator to join the Digital Operations and Platforms (DOP) area of the company.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment administration, HR processes (COE and Ops).
  • Proficient in MS‑Office (preferably Excel).
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generate offer letters as per country requirements using translation tools.
  • Coordinate with vendors and conduct pre‑employment checks.
  • Coordinate and facilitate day1 onboarding requirements for employees.
  • Adhere to compliance.
  • Support internal and external audit management.
  • Resolve queries.

Qualifications

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
