We are looking for an HR Administrator to join the Digital Operations and Platforms (DOP) area of the company.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Advanced English level.
- Basic understanding of recruitment administration, HR processes (COE and Ops).
- Proficient in MS‑Office (preferably Excel).
- Administrative writing and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Generate offer letters as per country requirements using translation tools.
- Coordinate with vendors and conduct pre‑employment checks.
- Coordinate and facilitate day1 onboarding requirements for employees.
- Adhere to compliance.
- Support internal and external audit management.
- Resolve queries.
Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
