As an HR Administrator you will own a key support position for the HR Function and will contribute to achieve organizational goals for the Fisher Toluca Engineering Center.You'll be responsible for the daily administrative HR duties to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resources department.You will work aligned with the HR Manager to ensure the execution of day-to-day operations as well as provide guidance to all employees.As a human resource administrator your day-to-day duties include, but not limited to:Recruitment:- Follow up on the statutory and internal hiring procedure- Support HR Manager on coordinating logistics for Emerson branding activities with universities and other associations, including document and agenda control and follow up- Design and send to all the FTEC personnel the information related to the job postings for the internal Bid.
