This position is primarily responsible for creating offer letters, managing employment agreements, and updating employee compensation plans. You will also ensure smooth onboarding for new employees, coordinate background checks, and support the talent acquisition team through data management. Your attention to detail will be crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage offer letters and employment agreements
• Ensure completion of employee background checks
• Input new hire data into HRIS and ATS
