Support and Provide Information to Payroll. Manage the payments to employees, administration and invoices. Manage the approvals and Cancelations in the system. Employees support when needed. Support local HR team when needed.

  • Support and provide information to Payroll.

  • Provide employee support when needed.
  • Support local HR team when needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR administration or HR operations.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of Mexico employment legislation and benefits.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Availability to go to the office on an as-needed basis.
