Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a brilliant graduating student or recent graduate to join the Human Resources Department of BU Castelli at the Reggio Emilia (RE) plant.
The resource, reporting to the HR Admin. & Labour Cost Senior Coordinator, will be responsible for the following activities:
- Support in the administrative management of personnel (hires, extensions, terminations) and in the collection and control of payroll variables;
- Verification and monitoring of clock-ins and attendance;
- Support in document management (contracts, letters, onboarding forms);
- Participation in projects aimed at improving HR Administration processes.
