What you’ll do

  • Coordinate job ads, screening, interviews, checks, and offers.

  • Maintain HR data in Dayforce; run reports and support onboarding.

  • Track incidents/injuries and assist with RTW documentation and WHS compliance.

  • Administer Lowes Academy LMS: enrolments, course publishing, and compliance reports.

  • Be the friendly first response for the HR inbox and day‑to‑day queries.

  • 1–3+ years in HR admin/recruitment support (retail a plus).
