We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR & Admin Officer to join our team. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and office administration. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth people operations, strong documentation discipline, and effective coordination across teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, letters, and certificates (hard and soft copies).
- Manage attendance and leave records; perform monthly reconciliation and reporting.
- Compile payroll inputs, coordinate salary processing, and issue pay slips.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding documentation, checklists, and final settlement paperwork.
- Track 1:1s, feedback, and appraisal cycles; send reminders and maintain records.
- Maintain the hiring pipeline, including job postings, CV shortlisting support, interview scheduling, and feedback follow-ups.
