Job Scope:
- Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, documentation, and record management.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Track staff certifications, training schedules, entry passes, and ensure timely renewals.
- Administer leave, medical leave, and employee claims.
- Handle employee enquiries and provide HR administrative support.
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via WPOL.
- Support managers with ad-hoc administrative duties, procurement, event coordination, and employee welfare arrangements.
