Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of HR administrative duties
- Assist in recruitment process (job postings, screening candidates, interview coordination)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave tracking
- Liaise with relevant government authorities when required
- Handle general office administration and support daily operations
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Gain hands-on HR experience (end-to-end exposure)
