Job Scope
- Handle and keep track of work pass application matters and processing
- Booking for training and certification of site workers
- Handle bookings and develop SOPs for onboarding & repatriation of local staff and foreign workers
- Handling welfare and employee/worker issues
- Keep track of local and foreign worker staff attendance and process levy waiver applications
- Handle job postings and recruitment practices
- Possess strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and/or Singapore Foreign Employment Act
- Able to work and communicate in a team / cross-functional collaborations
- Has a sense of urgency and responsibility to follow up and keep track of processing matters
- Problem-solving skills
- Takes initiative to learn and resourceful to check for information
