Provide support to the Human Resource department in day-to-day operations to align with company business goals and objectives
Work with site coordinators to manage the general workers administration that will include work permits applications, renewals and cancellations as well as workers training, certifications, security bonds, etc
Liaise with 3rd party sub-contractors in worker supply arrangement including receiving price quotation and coordinate between project teams and the manpower suppliers.
Actively involved in the new ERP system
Support in data entry for certain group level in new ERP system and maintain and update records from the database
Ensure up to date manpower headcounts and organization charts
Coordinate on IT related equipment pertaining to laptop allocation and inventory management
Any other office administrative matters
Fluent in Mandarin speaking (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
