Main Job Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to the production schedule by verifying programming and confirming that planned activities are executed as required.
Respond to emergencies, support problem‑solving, investigate and analyze issues, and initiate or recommend corrective actions for deviations and variables affecting schedules, costs, quality, and other factors.
Prepare and analyze required documentation (, production reports, log sheets, etc.).
Submit requisitions for tools, equipment, and suppliers needed for production operations.
Coordinate production area resources to ensure efficient performance.
Review new product plans and discuss equipment needs and modifications with design engineers.
Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, reduce operating costs, and increase the efficient use of labor and materials.
