About you:
You will have experience and the knowledge required to deliver a comprehensive management service including resident involvement and ideally with experience in a similar role within Social Housing. Experience of Anti-Social Behaviour Case management is essential. You will be flexible, resilient and adaptable to change, whilst prioritising the needs of the organisation and our customers. You will be motivated and organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload as needed to meet performance targets and respond to enquiries.
About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Housing Officers you will be required to manage a case load of Anti-Social Behaviour, carry out visits to new residents, complete regular tenancy visits, and estate inspections.
