Summary of Duties
Under the direction of the Director of Infrastructure, the Housing Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and inspection of Lil’wat Nation housing units. The position manages the housing maintenance team and ensures that housing repair requests are completed efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner. This role is responsible for coordinating housing work orders, supervising maintenance staff, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and supporting housing inspection programs to protect the Nation’s housing assets and ensure safe and healthy conditions for community members.
