Housekeeping Supervisors

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff in cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Inspect work performed to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in disinfection and sanitation processes, upholstery cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
