Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily shift operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with established standards.
- Will lead a team of housekeepers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping team, assigning duties, and ensuring they adhere to cleaning standards and schedules.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Ensure knowledge and utilization of property procurement application e.g. SCM, Fidelio PSC, etc.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
