Responsibilities

• Check and read emails to ensure all work related information is noted and passed to the Housekeeping Team Leader, Housekeeping Manager, and Director of Housekeeping.
• Allocate and record room assignments, noting departure and arrival times plus any special requests for Housekeeping Attendants and Team Leaders.
• Answer all incoming telephone calls for the housekeeping office, correctly recording messages and delivering them promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of out‑of‑order rooms, VIP rooms, long‑stay reservations, expected arrivals and departures, as well as function and group rooms.
• Handle guest complaints in accordance with accepted procedures, immediately advising the Director of Housekeeping, Housekeeping Manager, and/or Team Leaders so they can resolve issues.
