Key Responsibilities
- Manage Housekeeping Office operations to maintain high‑quality guest experience.
- Provide administrative assistance: email correspondence, data entry, file management, telephone answering, printing reports, payroll processing, record keeping.
- Ensure all calls and requests are actioned to standard and policies.
- Log and action maintenance tasks (PPM, marble polishing, pest control, carpet shampooing).
