Duties

- Manage inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient resources while adhering to budget guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping schedules and special requests from guests.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement and oversee safety and sanitation protocols in line with industry standards.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to housekeeping operations, including team performance and inventory management.
