Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas according to company standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop and dust assigned areas regularly.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
- Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist with laundry duties and other housekeeping tasks as required.
