Responsibilities

• Oversee the housekeeping team and ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel, guest rooms, public areas, laundry and other assigned areas.
• Supervise correct cleaning, servicing and maintenance of rooms, ensuring sufficient room stock to meet business demand.
• Ensure that housekeeping practices and standards are adhered to.
• Understand guests’ needs and guide the team to fulfil them quickly and effectively.
• Complete any required administrative functions.
