Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and restock amenities.
- Replenish towels, toiletries, and minibar supplies.
- Ensure all areas are neat, sanitized, and ready for guests.
- Report maintenance issues or room damage promptly.
- Handle guest requests courteously and promptly.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Support laundry and cleaning of public areas when needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time well.
- Physically fit and able to handle standing, bending, and lifting.
