About the Role
As Storeman, you will play a critical role in receiving, controlling, storing, and issuing stock while ensuring compliance with HACCP, health and safety, and sustainability standards. This position requires a hands‑on individual who is organized, physically fit, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Stock Control
- Receive, inspect and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, damages, or quality concerns.
- Ensure invoices and supporting documentation are accurately processed and signed off.
- Store goods correctly and maintain organized storage areas.
HACCP, Compliance & Sustainability
- Conduct and record temperature checks for dry stores, fridges and freezers.
- Follow HACCP procedures and corrective actions where required.
