JOB SCOPE
The role of the Room Attendant is to ensure that the rooms are well cleaned and tidy ready to sell to the guests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Check and stock up all the necessary linens and supplies required for the day.
- To check all room status is the same as on the Room Attendant daily report. To report any discrepancy found to the Supervisor immediately.
- Responsible for cleaning a minimum of fifteen (15) rooms daily.
- eplenish all amenities according to the Operational Standards.
- Perform rotation cleaning duties (thorough cleaning, shampoo carpet cleaning etc) as required.
- Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance of her/his work area and ensure security of guestrooms and privacy of guests.
- Check and report faulity items that needed repair to the Floor Supervisors/Housekeeping office while in the process of cleaning the guestrooms.
