Responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Assist with booking, modification, and cancellation requests
• Provide accurate hotel details, pricing, and amenities
• Document interactions in the system
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors
• Maintain quality and satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training

• Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on hotel reservation systems and company processes
