We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Hotel Reservation Account to assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and inquiries. You will provide excellent customer service while ensuring smooth and accurate reservation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound hotel reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with booking, cancellations, modifications, and special requests
- Provide accurate information on hotel policies, rates, and promotions
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
