Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily resort and hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, service standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor staff attendance, work performance, and duty schedules
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance guest experience.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
  • Assist in handling guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Support inventory control, supplies monitoring, and basic cost-control initiatives
  • Prepare daily operational reports and incident logs for management review
  • Function as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) when assigned by the Resort Manager
