Hotel Operations Manager — Oasis Class (Path to Director)

The Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Manager of Hotel Operations to oversee product execution for Oasis Class and Icon Class vessels. This role requires exceptional leadership and the ability to manage various operations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of operational experience, preferably above Front of House Divisional Head position, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A multilingual ability is a plus.
