Hotel Onboarding & Connectivity Specialist

Hopper is seeking an Implementation Specialist based in Colombia to be the primary point of contact for hotel partners during onboarding. You will ensure a seamless integration of new hotel contracts, acting as a connectivity champion to maintain quality across the Hopper platform. This role requires you to communicate directly with hotel partners, support through connectivity systems, and collaborate with internal teams for efficient onboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and excel in a fast-paced environment. You will drive results by optimizing onboarding processes and addressing issues promptly.
