Hotel Maintenance (Edmonton)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in HVAC systems and hold a valid pool operator certification/ticket. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the hotel, ensuring guest comfort and safety, and maintaining the hotel pool and mechanical systems to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

General Maintenance Duties

• Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel property.
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, drywall, painting, doors, locks, lighting, and general building repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain maintenance logs and complete work orders accurately.
