We are currently seeking a Director of Rooms to lead the Rooms Division of Grand Hyatt Los Cabos , an international luxury resort.
We are looking for a service-driven and detail-oriented leader, capable of ensuring exceptional guest experiences while optimizing operational efficiency across all rooms-related departments.
Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services operations
• Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction standards
• Maintain brand standards and operational compliance
Previous experience in a senior Rooms Division role within luxury hospitality
• Proven track record in guest experience and service delivery
• Advanced English proficiency required
