Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries for hotel reservations on the travel account (e.g., Expedia, Traveloka, Klook) and manage reservation records
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets as applicable
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year in hospitality industry experience (travel account with reservation experience)
- Customer service experience is a plus
