The position is responsible for the overall customer service impression of the property for handling guest’s check-in, check-out, requests and inquiries. Ensures smooth and efficient operation of The Mini Suites reception area.
Guest Services
- Efficient check-in and check-out
- Positive guest’ comments/feedback
- Anticipate guest needs, handle guest inquiries/complaints, and solve problems as they arise
- Handling of VIPs and special requests
Guest Room Control
- Able to allocate rooms according to guest preference/guest stay history
- Room upselling / paid room upgrade
Cashiering and control
- No shortage or overage on cash fund
- No audit findings for the last 3 months
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
