Hotel Engineering Manager – Lead Maintenance & Operations

The Garcha Group, Singapore's boutique hotel group, seeks a hands-on Chief Engineer to lead maintenance across luxury properties. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and M&E systems, coordinate daily engineering operations, and ensure safety and quality in all upkeep tasks.

You'll manage a team, supervise contractors, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining guest-ready facilities and compliance with safety standards.
