Will be responsible of the general administration of the hostel and customer service management. Control and management of OTA's rating, Reservation control and ASSD program management. Direct, supervise and train staff. Attend, monitor and track staff performance to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies and procedures. Weekly/monthly/annual budget control. Participate and collaborate with departments to ensure coordination of hotel activities.

Position requirements
Diploma from established Hotel, Tourism School or University.
At least 2 years experience in same positions.
Excellent communication skills and a positive open attitude for public relations and problem solving.
Capability to prioritize tasks.
Customer Service skills and client focused.
Spanish, English fluent, other European languages will be a plus.
