About the Role
We are looking for a Host Experience Specialist to join us at Landing! In this role, you will ensure that our hosts' (independent contractors) questions and concerns are taken care of quickly and efficiently and that they complete their jobs up to Landing standards.

Our Host Management team leads the way to make sure that our hosts have a world‑class experience throughout their Landing journey. Our Host Experience Specialists respond to the host's questions and concerns throughout the day. You'll get to work with a tight‑knit, fun group of people who are passionate about creating an incredible experience for our hosts.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional support to Landing's network of independent contractors (Hosts).
- Communicate with Hosts as they perform cleanings, installations, and other home services for our members.
- Hire new hosts and expand our talent network across the country.
