The Role
As a Host at Courage Bistro, you are the first impression of the restaurant. Through a warm, natural presence and an awareness of everything happening in the room, you make every guest feel expected from the moment they arrive — while helping each service run with intention and flow.
You manage reservations, guide the rhythm of the dining room, and keep the team informed and one step ahead.
