This part-time position (10-20 hours seasonally) is integral to the Canada Homestay Network's mission of creating enriching cultural experiences. Reporting to the Program Lead, your responsibilities include conducting interviews and home visits for prospective host families. Maintaining high standards of care and promoting the Host program will also be key parts of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person home visits for host family qualification
• Manage follow-up visits and documentation as required
• Promote and sell the CHN Host program to potential hosts
• Provide effective conflict resolution skills
• Maintain positive relationships within the community
