Hospitality & Spa Product Development Lead (6‑Month FTC)

L&'Occitane en Provence in Switzerland is seeking a Marketing Development Manager to join the Global Hospitality & Spa team as a fixed-term maternity leave replacement (6 months, full-time).

You will nurture the Hospitality & Spa product and accessories portfolio (>150 references), craft the 3-year plan, and lead development from concept to production, coordinating with packaging, labs and logistics to ensure on-brand launches and sustainability.
