Hospitality Design Manager — Lead Hotel Projects

Accor, a global hospitality leader based in Madrid, is seeking a Design Manager to lead hotel design projects across Iberia and beyond. You will drive feasibility, concept design, and construction phases, ensuring brand standards and operational goals are met.

The ideal candidate holds an Architecture or Interior Design degree, with 8+ years in hospitality design, fluent English and Spanish, and strong CAD/Adobe skills.
