Hospital Maintenance Painter & Handy Technician

RIXOS is seeking a maintenance professional to paint interior and exterior hospital areas, perform minor repairs, and conduct routine checks on fixtures and equipment. You will respond to maintenance requests, repair hospital equipment, and maintain cleanliness and inventory while coordinating with other departments.

The role requires knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and safety procedures, with experience in healthcare or large institutional settings preferred.
