The Honours & Awards Program Coordinator plays a critical role in strengthening VICSES' culture of recognition by coordinating the end-to-end delivery, governance and continuous improvement of the Honours & Awards Program, with a focus on ensuring integrity and consistency, supporting a positive member experience, reinforcing the VICSES values and adequately recognising member contributions.
Operating within a complex stakeholder environment, the role provides advice and specialist support to members and leaders on awards processes, eligibility and policy interpretation, including managing sensitive or high‑profile matters with discretion and sound judgement.
