We are looking for a great talent for Hong Kong Sales Organization, with passion, mission to deliver and vision to play impact.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and support the activities of sales team, including hiring, coaching, developing talent, team culture and performance management
+ Plans and directs all sales activities including planning, managing forecasts, building the pipeline, executing on policies, as well as staffing and talent development of the sales force. Promote a team culture that embraces Autodesk’s values
+ Collaborate across organizations and engage appropriate internal resources from Autodesk
